Oktyabriana Tulchina passed away December 28. She was born in 1924 and was a member of the Kaunas Jewish Community and a client of the Saul Kagan Welfare Center. The entire Lithuanian Jewish Community extend our deepest condolences to her family, including her children and grandchildren.
